Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
1.1. “The Company” refers to Laurence Moreton Burt (Blockbyblock).
1.2. “The Customer” refers to the person who has contracted with the Company for the purchase of goods.
1.3. “Conditions” refer to the terms and conditions of sale outlined in this document and any additional terms agreed upon in writing by the Company.
2. Applicability of Conditions
a) These Conditions govern all contracts for the sale of goods by the Company to the Customer, superseding any other terms and conditions, including those intended by the Customer.
b) Placing an order for goods constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase goods under these Conditions.
c) Acceptance of goods delivery implies the Customer’s acceptance of these Conditions.
d) Any alterations to these Conditions must be agreed upon in writing by the Company.
3. Order Acceptance
The Company’s acceptance of an order forms a Contract, with these terms and conditions included. An order is considered accepted when the Company issues a written confirmation.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due via Bank Transfer before goods shipment unless credit terms have been agreed upon by the Company.
5. Contract Termination
a) The Company reserves the right to terminate any contract if the Customer breaches any terms, subject to a seven-day notice period for remedy.
b) Termination may also occur if the Customer’s solvency is compromised.
6. Pricing and Delivery
All goods are ex-works, and prices exclude insurance and transport unless otherwise agreed. The Company may charge a carriage fee.
7. Dispatch and Delivery
a) The Company is not liable for loss or damage resulting from delivery delays. Delivery dates are approximate.
b) The Customer must accept delivery and pay for goods within three months of the delivery date.
c) Failure to take delivery may result in no further delivery attempts.
8. Customer Requirements
a) The Customer warrants that any supplied custom specifications do not infringe third-party rights and indemnifies the Company accordingly.
b) Alterations to specifications may incur revised pricing.
9. Claims and Returns
Return of materials requires Company approval. The Company’s liability for defective materials is limited to invoice value.
Cancellation Rights: As a consumer purchasing goods online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the items without giving any reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Notification of Cancellation: To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision to cancel your order by clear statement, such as a letter sent by post or email.
Return of Goods: Upon cancellation, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of the cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items, unless we have provided you with incorrect or faulty goods.
Condition of Goods: The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if the goods are not returned in a satisfactory condition.
Refund Process: Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will process a refund within 14 days. The refund will include the cost of the items and the standard delivery charge, if applicable. Any additional delivery charges or express delivery costs will not be refunded unless agreed otherwise.
Exceptions: Please note that certain items are exempt from the right to cancel, including custom-made or personalized items, perishable goods, and items with broken seals for health or hygiene reasons.
Notification of Faulty Goods: If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please notify us immediately and provide photographic evidence where possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return postage costs incurred by you.
Right to Inspect Goods: We reserve the right to inspect returned goods upon receipt to assess their condition and ensure compliance with our returns policy. Refunds may be refused if the goods do not meet our return criteria.

10. Damage or Loss in Transit
Claims for damages, losses, or shortages must be reported within specified timeframes.
11. Risk and Title
a) Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery.
b) Delivery completion occurs upon collection by the Customer’s courier or when the Company’s courier collects goods.
c) Title remains with the Company until full payment is received.
12. Complaints
Immediate notice of any non-merchantable goods is required within 14 days of receipt.
13. Matching
Exact color and detail matching between batches or individual prints is not guaranteed.
14. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for non-performance due to uncontrollable circumstances.
15. Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to replacement value for defective goods.
16. Waiver
No waiver of these Conditions by the Company prevents enforcement in subsequent contracts.
17. The Law
UK law governs these terms and conditions.
18. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between parties, superseding previous agreements.
19. Variation
Any variation must be in writing and signed by both parties.
20. Third Party Rights
Only parties to the Contract have rights under these Conditions.
